Lauren Dugas is an Associate in the firm's Commercial, Intellectual Property, Class Action and Products Liability Litigation Practices. She has experience representing a broad range of clients in complex litigation and arbitration matters, including intellectual property litigation, business torts, class actions, insurance and reinsurance disputes, and products liability cases in state and federal courts.
Ms. Dugas’ products liability experience includes defending clients across the nation in a wide range of industries including lead paint litigation and e-cigarette/vape devices. Her insurance litigation experience includes defending clients in various areas including aviation insurance and insurance coverage litigation. Her intellectual property experience includes representing a client in a patent litigation involving contactless solutions in financial payment transactions. Her arbitration experience includes representing clients in complex commercial disputes nationwide.
Ms. Dugas received her juris doctor from the University of Virginia and her bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame.
